Warranty policy

Unless otherwise stated, mjbots Robotic Systems LLC (mjbots) products include a 1 year limited warranty for defects in materials and workmanship when used according to the procedures described in the reference documentation for the product. 

mjbots will, at its option during the warranty period, either repair the product without charge (except for a possible fee for shipping), supply a replacement product of equivalent function and value, or remit a refund of the original purchase price.

LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not include

• Any condition resulting from forcible mechanical damage to a board or connector, mis-wiring, poor quality phase wire or power cable soldering, improper strain relief, or other required procedure as documented in reference materials
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligence

mjbots expressly disclaims all warranties not stated in this limited warranty.  To the extent allowed by the local law of jurisdictions outside the United States, mjbots disclaims all implied warranties or conditions, including any implied warranties of merchantibility and fitness for a particular purpose.

CLAIMS

• Claims must be made within ONE year from the invoice date.
• A claim can be filed by email at info@mjbots.com, or through the appropriate mjbots Discord channel
• Diagnostic procedures may be required before a claim is allowed

This warranty gives you specific legal rights.  You may have other rights, which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
