Purchase Terms: Safety, Liability, and Export Control

Brushless motors can be very powerful, moving with tremendous force and speed.  By using mjbots products, including motor controllers and integrated servos, you agree to follow basic safety precautions, which can include, but are not limited to:

• Limit the range of motion, power, force and speed using configurable parameters, current limited supplies, and mechanical design
• Restrict human access to moving parts through policies, procedures, and mechanical keep out regions

Further, to the extent allowed by law, you agree to hold mjbots Robotic Systems, LLC entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for damage caused or injuries incurred, that results from not applying such safety precautions when using mjbots products.

You also agree to the mjbots Export Control Policy, which forms part of these terms. It sets out restrictions on where these products may be sent, who they may be sold to, and the end uses for which they may not be used, and it requires you to pass those restrictions on if you resell or transfer them.
